2. Description of Service
WebsiteWidget.net is an online marketplace that allows sellers to sell digital products such as PDFs, PSD files, FBX, OBJ, MOV, JPEG, WAV, MP3, websites, plugins, business card designs, post card designs, flyers, motion graphic green screen backgrounds, and overlays, among other digital items.
3. User Account
To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Seller Terms
To sell digital products on the Site, sellers must agree to the Seller Agreement and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and content of their listings and products.
5. Payment and Fees
A one-time $19 set-up fee is required to open a shop on the Site. Additional transaction fees and service charges may apply. Please refer to our Seller Agreement for detailed fee structures.
6. Intellectual Property
All templates and digital products sold on the Site are copyrighted. By purchasing a product, the user has the right to use it for personal or business purposes. The customer is not allowed to resell, redistribute, or make the product available for download to others.
7. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
